What is included in the price?
- Your ceremony and reception, including 5 hours of event time, a buffet or sit down dinner, hors d’oeuvres, staff for your event, floor length linen and napkins in your choice of color, round guest tables, Chiavari chairs, auxiliary tables, china, flatware, and glassware.

Do you have minimums?
- Yes. We have food and beverage minimums based on location, type of event, and day of the week.

Do you offer children’s prices?
- Yes. Children under 12 are eligible to preselect from our children’s menu.

Is there an additional facility fee?
- Yes, we have venue fees that will be applied based on the location booked.

Is there an extra ceremony fee?
- No. It is included in your package!

Is there a cake-cutting fee?
- No. We’d love to cut and serve your cake to you and your guests!

Is the dance floor included?
- Yes! We will provide a parquet wood dance floor if your reception is held in the Vineyard Pavilion. A dance floor is not needed in the Barrel Room, as its flooring makes a perfect dance floor!

Where can I have my ceremony?
- Say your vows surrounded by vineyard and mountain views in the Ponte Winery Vineyard Garden or waterside at The Pond at Ponte Vineyard Inn.

What kind of chairs do you provide for the ceremony and reception?
- Chiavari chairs with a cushioned seat are used for your reception. Folding chairs with padded seats are used for your ceremony.

What is the Barrel Room?
- The Barrel Room is an intimate space for receptions with up to 80 attendees. It is a mission-style stone building with dramatic 15 foot entry doors to welcome you and your guests. Inside you will find rustic, exposed beams, soft, romantic lighting and walls lined with oak barrels of aging red wine. The decorative flooring is great for dancing the night away! We recommend our Barrel Room’s guest count is a maximum of 80 guests for comfortable seating.

What is the Vineyard Pavilion?
- The Vineyard Pavilion is beautiful for your reception of 100 to 250 guests. 4800 square feet of space with café Vienna windows and French doors. The Pavilion boasts wonderful 360 degree views of the Ponte Winery vineyards. We recommend a maximum of 250 guests for comfortable seating, room for our services, and your beautiful decor!

How much time do I have for my event?
- A total of five hours is included in your package. Additional hours may be purchased for per hour, but all events must conclude by 10pm.

How late can my reception go?
- All events must conclude by 10 pm.

What kind of deposits are required to reserve the date we want?
- A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total wedding contract, whichever is greater, is required to reserve your wedding date. We also require a $500 security deposit that is refundable subject to an inspection of the premises after your wedding.

Can I pay for my event over time?
- Yes. We require a non-refundable initial deposit and a separate security deposit to reserve your wedding and reception. The remaining balance for your event will be paid in 4 installments.

Can I bring in my own catering?
- Our Executive Chef and Associates provide all of the food for events at Ponte Winery. The only outside food that can be brought in is your wedding cake.

Can I taste the food to determine my menu?
- Absolutely, your assigned coordinator will schedule your menu tasting Wednesday – Friday (except holidays) as you get closer to your Wedding Day.

Can I serve hard alcohol at my wedding?
- No. We offer a full selection of Ponte Winery wines, along with Moscato, imported and domestic beer and soft drinks.

Can I have a cash bar?
- Yes, we can assist you with that.

Do you serve Moscato?
- Yes! Your Moscato toast is included in the Wedding Package.

Do I need to provide a PA system for the ceremony?
- Yes. Usually your DJ or musician can assist you with this equipment.

Can I have a live band?
- Absolutely! Bands and DJs make your reception a party! All bands and DJs are subject to the county noise ordinance.

Do I have to use the vendors on your list?
- No, but we have worked closely with all of them and they have earned the ultimate compliment… our referral. If you choose to bring your own vendors they must provide Ponte with a copy of their liability insurance.

Do I need to provide a wedding coordinator?
- Our professional staff will assist you in menu selections, room design and vendor referrals. However, you may find it essential to hire a professional wedding coordinator to assist you in planning your Wedding Rehearsal and Ceremony. Please refer to our Suggested Vendor List. An outside coordinator is not required. Your Ponte Winery coordinator will be on site during your event to organize your rehearsal and ceremony.

Do you have a place for me to get ready on my wedding day?
- Yes! We have beautifully decorated and furnished cottages at Ponte Winery or Ponte Vineyard Inn guestrooms for both the bride and the groom. They have everything you need from showers to couches, to hooks to hang up your gown and tux! Both rooms are included in the wedding package.

Can I take my engagement photos at the winery?
- Absolutely! We invite all of our booked couples to capture the beauty of Ponte Winery and surrounding vineyards in their engagement photos. We request that you reserve a time your photo shoot will be taking place as we don’t allow photo shoots while a Wedding is taking place.

Who does the set up and clean up for the event?
- Our Associates will take care of the preparation and the clean up of your event. We will coordinate with your florist and vendors to execute your event just like you planned it.
