After 15 years of growing Italian varieties and making Italian blends, we are proud to be a sister to a winery dedicated to these amazing wines.

BOTTAIA Winery is a chic, modern destination winery and tasting room in Temecula Wine Country, inspired by the luxury and refinement of Northern Italy. BOTTAIA’s Tasting Rooms are designed to enhance without the crowds and are 21+ only. Reservations highly recommended.

Offering Three Unique Winery Experiences, a Pool & Cabines

Experience luxury and refinement with three different interactive and immersive wine experiences. The tasting rooms are designed to enhance the appreciation of our wines, and to introduce you to the wines in a calm and elegant environment, away from the noisy crowds that have become commonplace in almost every wine country.

Inspired by professional tasting rooms in Italy, luxury hotels, and high-end dining rooms, the tasting areas provide for exclusive access to a limited number of guests, in small groups. BOTTAIA is a 21 and over winery. We welcome guests of all ages at The Pool, Cabines, Café & Cocktail Bar which opens Spring 2019.

The Pool at BOTTAIA, Cabines, Café & Bar

The Pool at BOTTAIA offers an oasis of relaxation, wine, cocktails and food surrounded by vineyards in Temecula Wine Country, bringing a new level of unparalleled sophistication to the region. Indulge in the “dolce vita” lifestyle by reserving your private cabine, chaise lounge or pool chair. A poolside café and cocktail bar, lounge-side service and shaded tables will make your day-long stay with family and friends memorable. We even have a splash pad for the little ones!

The Pool Café & Cocktail Bar offers casual California & Italian inspired small plates and entreés. BOTTAIA wines and other Temecula Valley and international wines are available, as well as a wide assortment of traditional and modern cocktails.
