What's Next

These items are among the top on our list of priorities and will be in effect soon:

• We will be installing a system in the tasting room to bring cool night air into the building to reduce air conditioning on warm days.
• We are redesigning our training program to motivate our associates to be excited about going green.
• We will have our "Green Team" volunteer at various environmental awareness functions.
• We will begin using biodiesel from used restaurant grease for our tractors.
• We will continue to evaluate all packaging on incoming and outgoing products and work to reduce them.
• We will work with our vendors to increase their sustainability efforts.
