Sustainable winery Leaders in the Southern California Wine Country since 1984

Since we purchased the vineyards in 1984 we have been mindful of our farming practices and water usage. Once the winery was built in 2003 we recycled our glass, cardboard cases, office paper and more. We also have done everything in our power to control waste and diligently watch our use of water and electricity. However, in December of 2007 we determined that a company like ours should be doing more to continue to improve ourselves as a sustainable winery in the Temecula community. Immediately, we initiated our green winery program to further reduce our environmental "footprint." We believe that we can have the greatest effect by influencing all our guests, members and associates to reduce their individual footprint. That is why you will find lists of our going green projects, tips to getting started at home, a green glossary and a directory of resources all in this section. As always, we welcome your feedback so that together we can discover new ways to have a positive effect on our world today and for future generations.
