Sustainability

Since we purchased the vineyards in 1984 we have been mindful of our farming practices and water usage. Once the winery was built in 2003 we recycled our glass, cardboard cases, office paper and more. We also reduced waste and our use of water and electricity.

In December of 2007 we began the transition to become a sustainable winery. Part of our effort is to influence our guests, members and associates to reduce their individual footprint. We welcome your feedback so that together we can discover new ways to have a positive effect on our world today and for future generations.
