Tori Bailey - Wedding CoordinatorTori Bailey brings her event planning skills to the winery as one of our wedding coordinators. She comes to us with over 8 years experience in the administrative field. We fell in love with Tori because of her warm heart, love for people and her unbelievable organizational skills. She will make sure every detail of your wedding is taken care of! Tori's favorite part of her job is getting to know the couple. "Hearing the engagement stories and how the couple fell in love always makes my heart melt. I love working here because I get to hear these stories all day long." Karon Cartwright - Food and Beverage ManagerKaron Cartwright is Ponte Winery's Food and Beverage Manager. While Karon heads the Smokehouse Restaurant, kitchen and event department her true passion is revealed when she heads the wedding department. With 19 years in the hospitality industry, ranging from the Four Seasons Manele Bay Lanai Resort to the Hyatt Kaanapali, Maui. Karon brings experience, knowledge, and an overwhelming amount of peace and calmness to our bridal couples. "I understand 100% how important a wedding day is so being organized and experienced helps me prepare for each individual wedding. There is no reason why your wedding day should be stressful. It is my job to ensure that it is the best day of your life." Karon is married to Michael Cartwright, a renowned wedding minister who performs over 100 weddings in the Temecula area per year. Between the two of them they eat, drink and sleep weddings and LOVE it. "I've been blessed to choose my career path in this life. I am passionate about weddings, from hearing the stories of the newly engaged couples to making sure their wedding goes off without a hitch." Karon is known around Ponte Winery as the woman who trumps Martha Stewart. Her ability to envision an event, her unbelievable creative talent and her skill to bring the event together with ease is what sets her apart. We hope you will enjoy getting to know Karon. |

Joey Gonzalez - Special Events AssistantJoey Gonzalez brings his joyful and energetic personality to the Special Events team as the Administrative Assistant. A true lover of all things event and wedding related, Joey loves being a part of the event planning process and seeing a guest's vision come to life. Joey has an innate sense of what it takes to pull together all the details of an event from his background in hospitality at La Quinta and Sammy Boy Entertainment. When Joey isn't thinking about weddings and events he spends his time on the sand, playing competitive beach volleyball. We hope you get a chance to work with Joey! |

Sharon Nicola - Special Events AdministratorSharon is our wonderful Special Events Administrator gracing Ponte Winery with her calm nature, stellar organizational skills and her ability to make our guests feel special. A phenomenal baker and skilled gardener, Sharon's true passion lies in wine. She is currently preparing for the Introductory Sommelier Course offered by the Court of Master Sommeliers. "This has been a dream of mine for a very long time," Sharon explains. Taking a prep course at San Diego State University and attending as many trade and consumer tastings as she can, Sharon will soon be on her way to holding the highly esteemed title of Wine Sommelier, making her more of an asset than she already is to the Ponte Winery team. Caren Gomez - Wedding CoordinatorCaren Gomez is originally from Panama, Central America, and is one of Ponte Winery's bilingual team members. As a Wedding Coordinator, Caren brings several years experience in the hospitality industry. Her favorite part of being a coordinator is watching the groom see his bride for the first time. "It's so romantic," she explains "after working together for so long its incredibly rewarding to watch the couple meet at the altar and enjoy everything that we have been so diligent in planning; it's hard not to get emotional." Caren is a people person whose warmth and friendliness stretches on for miles. |

Kathy Reck - Banquet ManagerKathy Reck comes to us with over 20 years of hospitality experience and we are thrilled to have her as our Banquet Manager. Kathy loves the excitement and layers of details that need to come together to create a stunning and flawless event. Utilizing her banquet and catering manager experience at restaurants like Scott's Seafood and King's Seafood, Kathy has also managed events for the USC football team, including pre-Rosebowl tailgates with more than 3,000 guests. Kathy loves to plan parties, big and small, and adores being a key part of creating a wonderful and memorable celebration for her guests. |

Elizabeth Tyler - Special Events CoordinatorElizabeth Tyler is Ponte Winery's Special Events Coordinator. She moved to southern California from Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina. Elizabeth is in charge of all social and corporate parties and meetings including rehearsal dinners and often helps out with weddings when needed. Her attention to detail, constant focus on excellence and kind nature make her a pleasure to work with. In fact, most of Ponte Winery's guests who have hosted a party at Ponte Winery stay in contact with Elizabeth even after the party has passed. Elizabeth will make sure your event exceeds your expectations. |
