Ponte Winery to Host 7th Annual Fall Winemaker DinnerCategory: Press Release | Permalink Published: Thursday, October 15, 2009 TEMECULA, CA -- Start the holiday season with some elegant wining and dining at our 7th Annual Fall Winemaker Dinner on Saturday, November 14th. Our Executive Chef pulls out all the stops for this event using a cornucopia of his favorite fall produce to create a delectable Harvest Feast for all to gather around and enjoy. ![]() A six-course meal, finely paired with Ponte wines, live entertainment and interesting wine and food descriptions provided by our Winemaker and Chef will surely make this an Autumn affair you don't want to miss. "I am really looking forward to this year's Winemaker Dinner," says Executive Chef Steve Stawinski. "Aligning with the winery's commitment to be environmentally responsible, I am excited that we are aiding in Ponte's effort by providing almost 100% of our produce from local organic farms for this years menu." The almost-all organic and delectable Winemaker Dinner menu will feature: Amuse Bouche Appetizer Salad Soup Intermezzo Entrée Dessert Guests will be seated in our newly completed Reserve Room on the southeast side of the Estate. The 1250 square foot room is matched with a patio of equal size and the room has large, floor to ceiling glass doors and windows overlooking the vineyards making it a picturesque setting for an intimate gathering for feasting and wining. The interior boasts a custom fireplace perfect for those chilly autumn evenings and the intrinsic rich mahogany shelves hold case after case of delicious Ponte wine. Ponte Winery's 7th Annual Fall Winemaker Dinner will be held on Saturday, November 14th at 7:00pm. Tickets are $117 for Wine Club Members and $130 per person and can be purchased in the Tasting Room or in our online store.
