Shipping Coordinator

Job Description:
Shipping Coordinator will assist with all outbound and inbound packages for each department. They will also assist with all the physical movement of all wine cases, both off property storage and in-house movement. This person will all assist with wine movement in storage facility, as well as wine club pack out.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all company service standards, values and shipping standard operation procedures are followed at all times while packing and receiving shipments.
- Understand and adhere to environmental standards set by the winery.
- Ensure all winery safety procedures, especially in warehouse, are followed.
- Process daily shipping and receiving in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintains pulp and box inventory, orders if necessary.

- Offer new and innovating ideas to boost online store sales.
- Assist with the returns for the wine club and online store.
- Work with the online store coordinator on creating new ways to reduce the number of returned boxes.
- Assist wine club pack out, including; moving inventories and requisitions, oversee and direct pack out process and ensure timely and accurate deliveries of wine club packages.
- Stock wine for all departments as needed, ensuring wine requisition forms are filled out timely and accurately.
- Assist with daily receiving log, ensuring all departments are aware of their deliveries.
