Ponte Winery can send you the latest information on wine releases, restaurant news, upcoming events and even special discounts through Twitter. Twitter is different than Facebook in the fact that you don't find friends or have fans but instead you can follow or be followed. The official definition for Twitter is "a service for discovering what is happening right now." The program allows 140 word text messages or "tweets" to be posted as often as you would like. So for instance, Ponte Winery will be posting the Smokehouse daily specials, notice of wine varietals running low or special event tickets on sale.
