To show our gratitude to the protective services, Ponte Family Estate Winery is offering all fire fighters and police officers complimentary wine tasting and a 10% discount at the Smokehouse Restaurant for the entire month of October, the official National Fire Protection month. ![]() "It's our way to honor our heroes in the Fire and Police Departments," states Ragan Erickson, Direct Sales Manager at Ponte Winery. "We would be honored to be their hosts and to say 'thank you' in person for what they did for us last October." No reservations are required. Fire and Police personnel just need to bring their fire or police identifications to receive a complimentary tasting and discount. Ponte Family Estate Winery was established in 2003 and is nestled among 310 acres of lush green vineyards. The winery has one of the largest tasting rooms in the valley and a large outdoor restaurant, The Smokehouse. Ponte also has a beautifully appointed marketplace and is host to numerous weddings and private events throughout the year.
