Q: Why is my Wine Club Member discount not being applied on my online order?
A:
If you are a Wine Club Member making your first online order, your discount may not be visible. This is because the system does not recognize you as a member yet. Simply complete your order and enter the words "wine club member" in the Comments section of the checkout process. At the end of the check out process, your credit card is only authorized, not charged. We will ensure all appropriate discounts are applied before we charge your credit card. On all future online orders, just log in using your email address and the password you created during your first order. You should see your discounts right away.

Q: Where can I see my Wine Club discount?

Your discount should be visible directly underneath the shopping cart on the left hand side of your screen.

Q: I was told you couldn't ship wine to the state I live in. Why not?
A:
Many state laws prohibit wineries from shipping wine directly to consumers in their state. We apologize for the inconvenience. For more information on shipping laws please visit www.freethegrapes.com.

Q: I heard in the news that the Supreme Court ruled in favor of direct wine shipping.
A:
Although the Supreme Court ruling was a huge milestone in the battle over direct shipping, wineries have to continue to wait for each individual state to change their current laws. In addition, a common carrier, such as UPS has to work out a contract with the state before they will ship alcoholic beverages. We at Ponte Winery continue to keep informed on the daily changes and will update our shipping policies as soon as new states open up.

Q: Can I include a gift card for wine that I purchase?
A:
Of course, during your check out, your will find a link that says "Gift Card." When you complete the order our Online Store team will type up the text from your gift card on one of Ponte Winery's stylish notecards.

Q: I received a coupon code from Ponte Winery. Where do I enter this?
A:
Directly beneath your shopping cart, on the left hand side of the screen, there should be a green button that says, "Enter Coupon." Click on this and enter the coupon code. Once submitted, you should immediately see an activation pop up that lets you know the coupon has been activated.

Q: If I use a coupon code in the Online Store, do I get a discount off of the reduced Wine Club prices?
A:
No, coupons entitle you to a discount off of the regular price of wine and other items in the Online Store.

Q: I have a Gift Card to Ponte Winery. Can I use it in the Online Store?
A:
Unfortunately, our gift cards are not valid in the Online Store at this time. Gift cards can only be used in our Tasting Room and Restaurant at Ponte.
