• Our Vineyard Pavilion was built using all modern sustainable practices including low VOC paint, high quality insulation, carpet tiles, a state of the art air conditioning unit and a fan in the cupola designed to extract hot air. We recycled our old windows and concrete slab and reused it.
• Typically 90% of your green wedding day menu ingredients are sourced locally, within 50 miles
• Our green Temecula wedding packages include food, beverage, tables, linens, chairs and silverware preventing un-necessary fuel emissions to transport the items from other locations

• We encourage our brides and grooms to choose seasonal and local center pieces featuring fruits and vegetables
• We suggest re-using wine corks for place card settings
• Our picturesque setting, surrounded by lush, sustainably farmed vineyards and grounds requires less cut flowers for decorations
