• Our Vineyard Pavilion was built using all modern sustainable practices including use of products such as low VOC paint, high quality insulation, carpet tiles, a state of the art AC unit and a fan system in the copula designed to extract hot air. We also recycled our old Pavilion windows and concrete slab.
• Typically 90% of your green wedding day menu ingredients are sourced locally, within 50 miles.
• Our green Temecula wedding packages include all food, beverage, tables, linens, chairs and silverware which prevents un-necessary fuel emissions if you had to rent the materials from other locations

• We help our brides and grooms choose seasonal and local center pieces featuring fruits and vegetables
• We suggest re-using wine corks for place card settings
• Our picturesque setting, boasting the lush, sustainably farmed vineyards and grounds requires less cut flowers for decorations
