Fond Memories of Tasting and Eating at Ponte WineryCategory: Wine Club Tales | Permalink Published: Tuesday, May 19, 2009 My husband and I have many fond memories of tasting and eating at Ponte. We have been wine club members for ever, we have attended shopping nights, many meals at the Smokehouse and Valentines Dinner. We bring all of our out of town friends to lunch at the Smokehouse and they are always impressed. We love the new tasting room, so much more room for friends and family. My Dad comes down from Lake Arrowhead during the holidays and he loves going to Ponte to taste and to visit with Abby and Sandy. They always remember him and he feels so special. Abby always makes us feel like family when we come in. I also bring my daughter in once in a while and they remember her too. I teach dance at Temecula Dance Company and I used to teach Abbys daughter. What a sweety and I miss not having her in my class.  Our dinner this past Valentines Day was the best. We had such a great time and the barrel room was beautiful as was the music. We will plan a return trip for next year. Yes we love Ponte and we will continue to return many many times for wonderful memories Love you Guys,
