Easter Brunch at Ponte Winery. An Eggs-cellent Way to Celebrate Easter

Category: Press Release  |  Permalink

Published: Wednesday, March 04, 2009

TEMECULA, CA -- Ponte Winery is excited to host its annual Easter Brunch. The event will reflect a delightful "Alice in Wonderland" theme with special appearances by Alice and the White Rabbit. Much like dyed eggs, chocolate bunnies and marshmallow chicks, the Brunch at Ponte Winery has become an Easter tradition for the winery and for many families in the Southern California area.

Guests at the event will sit under the spacious and airy Vineyard Pavilion with sweeping vineyard views or take in the sunshine on the neighboring Vineyard Patio. Adults will love the spread of brunch stations including classic breakfast, fresh seafood and decadent desserts, all created by Smokehouse Restaurant executive chef Steve Stawinski and his team. They'll also enjoy an open bar serving marvelous Ponte wines, Mimosas, Bellinis and the signature Sangria from the Smokehouse Restaurant.

Younger guests won't be forgotten - there will be special egg hunts just for them as well as a kids-only buffet full of little ones' favorite foods like macaroni and cheese and chicken nuggets. Food and Beverage Manager, Karon Cartwright is looking forward to the event and says, "What started out as a one-seating event a few years ago has grown into a wonderfully popular occasion that requires five seatings! We see more newcomers every year as well as entire families who have been joining us since the events' genesis. People are welcome in their pastel hats, lacy gloves as well as in their jeans and polo shirts. We just ask that everyone comes prepared to eat delicious food and have a lovely time."

Be ready to show those pearly whites as well because Grins-to-Go photography will be on site to capture your family's portrait. The Easter Brunch at Ponte Winery will take place on Sunday, April 12, 2009. Seatings will take place at 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Tickets are $70 per person and $63 for Ponte wine club member. Children's tickets are $30 per child under 12 and $27 for wine club member's child. Purchase tickets online at www.PonteWinery.com or call (951) 694-8855. For complimentary media tickets to this event please contact Linda Kissam via email.
