Business Events at Ponte WineryCategory: Archive 2008 | Permalink Published: Thursday, October 16, 2008 TEMECULA, CA -- Part of the charm of Ponte Family Estate Winery in Temecula is that is serves as a location for not only guests looking for leisure, but also for corporations and businesses looking for a beautiful and inspiring location for company events. Ponte's "Day in the Country" charm has been proven to generate fresh ideas, increase attendance and make teams happy and productive. In-house event planners will help you produce a successful event, from selecting menus to choosing the ideal meeting facility. The brand new Reserve Room acts as an elegant location for corporate and social events for up to 100 people. Guests may reserve the room's east wing, west wing, or the entire space. In the west wing is a large, brick fireplace flanked by dark wood fully-stocked wine cabinets. On the east wing sits a wine tasting counter and just outside the room's French doors sits an enormous patio on the edge of Ponte's vineyards that offer incredible views, giving a whole new meaning to "taking a 5 minute breather" during those business meetings.  The largest event venue on the winery's property is the Vineyard Pavilion. The 4800 square foot facility is ideal for larger events such as company holiday parties, meetings, trade shows, conferences and lectures. Depending on the style of seating, the Vineyard Pavilion can accommodate up to 500 people. Corporations will find a convenient loading ramp that eases the movement of heavy equipment or staging. Classic atrium windows and French doors practically bring the nearby vineyards inside. The 1,344 square foot Barrel Room is perfect for events with up to 100 people. The oak barrels lining the walls and the scent of aging wine in the air make this space truly unique that is virtually guaranteed to inspire new ideas. This rustically beautiful area can accommodate modern audio-visual equipment around reception, theater, U-shape or classroom style seating. Finally, the VIP Room can host small business meetings, lunches and intimate dinner functions for up to 14 guests. The large, mahogany boardroom table is great for discussions. French doors open up to an airy patio, perfect for breaks, while a set of sliding doors offer privacy from the nearby tasting room. Ponte's Food and Beverage manager, Karon Cartwright, and her team are now taking reservations for corporate, social and holiday events in the Reserve Room, Vineyard Pavilion, Barrel Room and VIP Room.
