A Christmas Flight...and not on Santa's sleigh!

Christmas season is that merry time of year to rejoice with family, friends and loved ones. The sounds of holiday music gathering everyone together sharing in good times filled with sparkling laughter and great wines (from Ponte of course!) and the scrumptious holiday fare you have been mentally and physically preparing for weeks (unbeknownst to everyone else).

This year let us help you enjoy your holidays with our Christmas inspired wine flight.

Wine: 2007 Graciela
This white blend is light, crisp and continues to be a favorite year after year. A glass of Graciela is a wonderful accompaniment to soft goat and brie cheeses. Not just a summer-sipper, this lovely white will transition beautifully in the holiday season. We suggest the Graciela with pumpkin soup, saut�ed kale, brussel sprouts, or even Christmas Dinner.

Wine: 2007 Holiday Reserve Zinfandel
This plum red wine (always a Magnum sized treat come the holidays) will make your taste buds dance with sugar plum fairies. This scrumptious wine is full of blackberry and currant flavors, perfect for enjoying with holiday meals such as prime rib, turkey and baked ham.
**Secret Recipe from a Ponte Wine Club Member: simmer butter, 1 cup of Ponte Sherry and some golden brown sugar for a delightfully sweet glaze

Wine: 2008 Chardonnay
With melon and coconut flavors, Ponte's Chardonnay is always a crowd pleaser. Pair a glass of this flavorful wine with roasted leg of lamb or sweet potato casserole.

Wine: 2006 Zinfandel Port
Late night relaxation requires a little something extra. Uncork a bottle of our Ponte Zinfandel Port and pair it with anything chocolate - candies, fudge, cookies and cake! This delicious Port is the perfect ending to a good meal and pleasant evening.

Of course all of these wines taste best when paired with loved ones!
