2011 Charity Events
Here is a list of our scheduled charitable efforts for 2011. We encourage you to join us and volunteer your time or services when you can. We look forward to working alongside you this year.

March
Join Team Ponte
Sign up to join Team Ponte and race for the children of Rancho Damacitas. This year our team will be running in the San Diego Rock and Roll Half Marathon and Relay on June 5, 2011 in San Diego. We have committed to raise $25,000 for Rancho Damacitas children's home for abused and neglected kids. For more information please contact us.

Mend a Broken Heart
Often, when children are removed from an abusive home and placed in shelters or foster care they have nothing that belongs to them. By joining My Stuff Bags during their Mend a Broken Heart Campaign we will be providing 100 children with a bag full of special belongings, all their own. Learn more about My Stuff Bags.

April
Family Movie Night
On Friday, April 1st we will be hosting a Family Movie Night to raise funds for Team Ponte. Team Ponte is racing in the San Diego Rock and Roll Half Marathon and Relay in June and has a fundraising goal of $25,000 for Rancho Damacitas. Child Abuse Awareness Month
Over 3 million reports of child abuse are made each. During the month of April, we will be working with our local child abuse recovery homes by accepting small donations from you at the winery. You will notice small donation boxes located in the Tasting Room and Restaurant where we encourage you to drop in some change or dollar bills for children who are fighting to overcome the abuse.

Coins for Kids
In April, during Child Abuse Awareness Month, we will be launching our Coins for Kids Campaign. We're adding a line to our credit card slips both in the Tasting Room and Restaurant to allow our guests to round up their purchase price to the nearest dollar for charity. The extra change collected will be donated to the children of Oak Grove and Rancho Damacitas.

San Diego's Rock and Roll Half Marathon and Relay

September
Blanket Drive
Help us provide warmth to homeless children this fall and winter by donating blankets and sleeping bags to the Temecula Community Pantry. We'll be offering discounts in the Tasting Room for anyone who brings supplies during the month of September.

November
Volunteer Day at Oak Grove
Oak Grove, The Center for Education Treatment and the Arts' mission is to build a better tomorrow for suffering children in the Inland Empire. On Saturday, November 5th we'll be heading to their facility to garden and paint before the busy holiday season. If you are interested in volunteering please contact us.

Angel Flight West Annual Golf Tournament
We'll be donating the evening's wine to Angel Flight West's Annual Golf Tournament at the Pelican Hill Resort. If you are interested in putting together a foursome with our team please contact us.

Canned Food Drive
Help us fill the shelves of the local Temecula Community Pantry by bringing in 5 or more canned goods during your next visit to the winery. We'll be offering discounts in the Tasting Room or Restaurant for anyone who makes a donation.
